This item has been added to your account and allows you to transfer Crew XP from one crew member to another of the same nation.
You can use it on the Quick Training screen.
Mentoring Course allows you to transfer Crew XP from one crew member to another crew member of the same nation.
After confirmation, the crew member who transfers their XP will be removed from your account.
I hope these will be avilable in the progression track of Frontline and/or Steel Hunter. Not a huge ammount, but let’s say 1-2. First use case I’m thinking of is to transfer the XP of my current T57 Heavy crew (non 0-skill) to the new 0-skill crew , that will come with the Stinger in May.
Why on earth would you do that if you simply can use any crew on the Stinger?? There’s no need to have a dedicated crew for 1 tank…
This is why WG don’t listen to players.

What about 1 crew for up to 3 tanks ? They talked about it twice. But it was never done.
