I believe you know that Chinese region had multi-tiered boxes very recently too. So, my instinct is that RU is sort of a level 1 sandbox and CN is level 2 sandbox for EU/NA/Asia. You can quote me on that – either in 2025 or 2026 EU will have multi-layered loot boxes too!
