Commonwealth cruiser Delhi, Tier V
- Stock Gun Fire Control System firing range reduced: 13 to 12.5km.
- Researchable Gun Fire Control System firing range reduced: 14.3 to 13.7km.
Japanese cruiser Chikuma II, Tier IX
- Detectability by sea range increased: 10.8 to 11.7km.
- Smoke Generator consumable reload time increased: 160 to 180s.
Dutch cruiser Prins van Oranje, Tier X
- Main battery reload time increased: 14 to 16s.
