WotRu: getting Tier 8 Premium Heavies with 55 top speed.
Meanwhile WoT Eu: “Here’s 6 new high tier premium medium with 40 top speed, have fun with them.”
Object 259A has even less effective speed than IS-7, says 60 km/h but with ground resistance field mod and driver skill it doesn’t even reach 50 km/h.
With the proper setup (Bond turbo, Grousers in mobility spot, Removed Speed Governor, Ground resistance field mod and Off Road Driving+Clutch braking perks for driver) it goes 66, according to tanks.gg (the EU version of the tank has 60 top speed tho, so for the RU version, if they just nerfed the top speed to 55 but haven’t touched ground resistance and engine horsepower, it would still go 61, which is ridiculous compared to tanks like the Obsidian for example.)
That means giving up on any sort of reload and stabilization buffs though (one equipment slot is for hardening, this tank starts with 1450 hitpoints which is super low for a frontline heavy). Yes you can use food but that only helps so much.
Of course this is not the meta setup, but the fun one imho.
The sole ability for a heavy to go this fast while mediums stuck at forty-ish is bs in itself.
And not from the heavy part, but the medium one. Still can’t cope with this new trend of mediums capped at 40 top speed…
259A looks like a worthy opponent to the BZ-176
259a is the balanced/bad version of udarnry (same tank but better stats) was sell last year in RU or CN
THOSE NOOBS OF THE WG MADE THE TYPE 59 SO UGLY FACE WITH RIGHTSIDE 2 TORCHES.
IT SHOULD BE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE BALANCED TO CREATE A BALANCED FACE.
Can you just… Not?
erm, what have you been drinking? I’d like to avoid it…
