Looking at the hull, this will have a vertically moving gun like the UDES 03. Actually, the -10deg of gun depression outside of siege mode should have been a give away
With so many unreleased tier 9s, telling if it’s premium, Battlepass, special promos, etc. is pure guesswork.
The known constants are anything this good will never be a marathon tank, it’d have to be nerf batted quite hard to be marathon level (if we ever even get normal marathons again, not counting the pay to enter terminator marathon)
Same with battle pass tanks, they’ve been average to bad the past 2 years as well and while this isn’t very interesting, it’s probably above average enough to not be BP either.

Another clueless comment, Progetto M35 mod 46, Bourrasque, EBR 75 FL, Renegade, CS-52 LIS, SU-130PM, Kpz 07RH and ShPTK-TVP 100 are all marathon tanks and they are all good, with the Bourrasque, Progetto 46 and EBR on the edge of being OP.
And the Cobra is also really good so i dont fucking understand what you are on about BP tanks being bad.
Wargaming is giving you great free premium tanks every fucking year and all you do is complain.

Probably the most hilarious part about your little tantrum is it’s because you think I’m complaining, learn to read – I never once complained, simply stated hard facts.
I thought it was incredibly obvious from the context, but the word you apparently needed to have added was the word “again” to the end of that quote. And claiming half those mediocre garage hangars are “good” is hilarious, they’ve not been above average in over 2 years because they realised what a loss it was (Even the current pay to enter marathon tank is a downgrade to a bad tech tree tank). Note the tanks you bother to point out are “Near OP” are far further back in the timeline.
Then there’s the fact, the tier 9 marathon tanks are all severe underperformers, arguably some of the worst tier 9 tanks there are, and, this being a tier 9, if you didn’t notice, would also fall under that comparison and the whole tier 8 marathon comparison gets thrown out the window.
The cobra gets crucified or immortalised depending on if it gets a close range map or not, it is utterly hopeless at 50m+. The only reason it has strong stats on tomato.gg is the same reason the Charlemagne does – good players got it, not Joe Average. I should know, I’m one of the ones pushing the average up. What the cobra and other battle pass tanks have – is being INTERESTING, as I said in my original comment, pointing out that the original tank being discussed isn’t interesting at all.

You said “the known constants are” as in this is how its been in the past. So no you werent just saying no marathon tanks will be good again, you said nothing in the past has been good and therefor no marathon tanks going forward will be good either.
All the “garage hangars” as you called them were and STILL ARE good wether they are to your liking or not is a different question. And i dont know how it matters that the really strong marathon tanks were released further back, it changes nothing.
Yes the tier 9 marathon tanks are garbage, but you said “anything this good will never be a marathon tank” and that comment includes all marathon tanks. So the tier 8 comparison is highly relevant.
You said “they’ve been average to bad the past 2 years” reffering to the Battle pass tanks, and that hardly applies to the Cobra. And the original tank being discussed might be interesting to others.
Write what you actually intend to say instead of leaving critical information out and then getting all pissy when you get called out for your garbage takes. And it is complaining since its unjust criticism about tanks being bad when they are objectively good.
