Trade-In: Eligibility
Trade in any Tier VI–VIII Premium vehicle.
This is available when purchasing any new Premium vehicle of the same tier or higher that is also available in the Tech Tree. You can only trade in one vehicle at a time.
Get half of your old vehicle’s value in gold.
When trading in, half of your old vehicle’s value in gold will be discounted from the price of your new vehicle.
New additions for purchase:
For example: You can purchase a

Löwe for 9,800gold (previously 11,200gold) in exchange for a VI
Dicker Max (2,800gold).

- Event dates
The Trade-In event will run until September 8 at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2). - Trade in Tiers VI–X
You can only trade in vehicles of a lower or equal tier to the vehicle you want to purchase (no lower than Tier VI). - One vehicle only
You can only trade in one vehicle per transaction. - Gold value fluctuation
The gold value of vehicles may be affected by active discounts on Premium vehicles. - Depot storage
Ammunition, equipment, consumables, and customizations applied to the vehicle being traded in will be automatically demounted and placed in the Depot for free. - Future customizations
Vehicle-bound customizations can only be used if you obtain the vehicle again in the future. - Vehicle crews to Barracks
The crew present in the vehicle that is being traded in will be automatically placed in the Barracks. You will not be able to trade in if there are not enough free bunks in the Barracks to accommodate them. - Restore unavailable
Traded-in vehicles cannot be restored with the Restore functionality. - Garage slots
You don’t need to buy an extra Garage slot when trading in a vehicle. The new vehicle will be placed in the slot previously occupied by the vehicle that you’ve traded in.

Su130 is inferior to scorp. You think “oh it got camo!” but you hardly use that.
The 360° turret on the other hand and better depression is WAY more useful

Lol T103 never beats skorp, its only good if you like to play heavies more than TDs.
For light +TDs platoon team work Skorp or SU-130 are way better

103 is slower on a straight line but can hold its ground for a bit and the slap it delivers is rather nasty. It even can take a ram and HE wont work on it either (arti?
Scorp has its things too but overall i do enjoy 103 more. it delivers more variety other than “i sit in a corner and snipe a bit and run the first moment i am spotted”

Yea T-103 is way better, but for cammo TD sniper work is worst because it got even worst cammo than Skorp, accuracy is good but shell velocity is bad , and turret is super slow.
One of the things that people forget too when considering the t103 is the premium AP rounds are genuinely broken as fuck, over 300 pen makes it able to go through basically anything it’s own tier, a tier higher, and even against tier 10. Plus you can peak hills really well with the turret allowing for it to be insane at 250-350 meters where as the skorp only really works if it’s able to move around constantly and stay just out of spotting range.
Sry but T-103 and SU 100Y is PURE GARBAGE! Playing them in 2022 is pain in the ass. 50TP Prot is not so bad, but Obj 703, Skoda T56, Löwe or Renegade are WAY BETTER.
Su100y is amazing for beginners. can bounce a shot and SURPRISINGLY AGILE for its colossal size! … and the shots (especially the odd prem ammo) can 2 shot most opponents with ease. go around, SLAP… even if you take on in return the trade is in your favor. Auto aim and forget. its pen is also more than fine.
OF COURSE its not your “typical i sit in a corner and wait for anyone to deliver me food” td… its more ofa brawler like T103…
you can and SHOULD go in close so aiming is a non issue and pamf!
also its cheap.
50tp is truly one of the strongest ‘regular’ heavies you can get. odd not more ppl drive it
703 II? strong but sluggish. t56 ye gud but i dont like it much. Renegade is average.
Löwe is always a solid choice with T34 heavy. Those were in fact my very first prems and i still (somehow!) got the most fights in those^^ very solid tanks, if a bit on the boring side

I went to WOT’s NA portal and checked the event description. Under the label ‘Vehicles Available for Purchase’ sits, among the others, the following line: ‘IS-3A [new]’.
It’d seem like that’s the case.
If you still question this, just check the trade-in event from the game client. It has a separate page in the in-game store where you can review the vehicles available for you to obtain through trade-in.
