To receive the two items of your choice, claim Adepta Sororitas and enter the game client. You’ll instantly receive your gifts via the standard congratulatory window. To redeem your additional picks, head to the Depot and click the Offers tab.
If you claim all the available items on the list, this offer will disappear from your Offers tab. If you no longer have active offers, the Offers tab won’t be displayed in your Depot. If you already have the rental vehicles on offer in your Garage, they won’t be available to claim.
I can assure and confirm you that Patricia Laserian isn’t a French Tree exclusive commander, because i claimed the package 2 hours ago and i was able to train her for many other tanks as the E-100, the 121B, the IS-7 and basically every vehicle on this game.
So, WG’s information about her being a French Tree commander is wrong.

The commander is locked for France Tanks.
I can confirm that she is nor France locked, because i trained her for my Vz.55 without a problem.
She is french – at least now. Got a package 20 min ago – and I see that she has a hardcoded(not editable) dropdown with a nation(set to France). Probably they patched this commander on EU server.
She is not french. Lorenzo trained her for his Vz 55 and i trained her for my IS-4 without issues. So maybe you claimed the wrong package.

I can confirm that she IS NOT trainable for vehicles of countries, other than France.
I assume that those who say that she IS trainable for vehicles of other (than France) countries are selling packages for amazon prime, and think that lying here could increase the number of sold packages.
Well kiddos – this is not the first time when prime makes a country-specific commander – so deal with it 🙂
EDIT: Sorry guys, but the kiddos were right. Patricia Laserian IS trainable for vehicles of every country in the game, not only for France.
