You should have the loader still in your barracks if you didn’t skip all the tanks preceding Rinoceronte. Even if you for whatever god-forsaken reason disbanded the loader, if you managed to get at least 1 full perk before disbanding and it happened within the last month, you can recruit him back.
I already disbanded my loader, but I cannot get him back because this was around when the Rino first came out. I just recently ended up re-buying the Progetto 66 and grinding the loader through the Accelerated Crew Training function. I also have a handful of Personalized Training Manuals, so that helped him get up to speed.
