i tried it a couple of days ago and they told me that they are accepting the tickets only in EU since the event worked properly in the other servers
so all those that spent millions rerolling on first hours of first day to snatch all kirovets and aston rex…….NICE JOB WG………what do we get? the ones that the event didn’t even work for on the first day,kept crashing or didn’t even load the page…..let me guess: as usual all we get is a big FUCK YOU?

I asked for a refund and they responded with the same answer. I was wondering what the hell that has to do with the fact that I asked for a refund. It’s like talking to a wall. That’s how communists work. They do not think, or have a heart, they are robots who only see black and white.

I contacted EU Support and they answered that there will be no refund. Typical generic support answer so dont expect anything from this greedy company.

Hello. During this Caravan event I spent over 15-20 million credits in order to find Kirovets-1 and some 3D style for tier 8, 9 and 10 and Astron Rex and it was gone without knowing if it was still available or not.
I rerolled hundred of times just to get some different offers that could be good for me but I continued rerolling the same offers again and again without even knowing that I already rerolled almost every possible offer.
So I ended spending million credits, lets say above 12-15 millions but I got same offers which I didnt like that much.
Regarding my problem, can I get credit compensation for this or at least 50-65% as a partial compensation from around 15-20 millions only for shuffling and 30+ millions including kirovets-1 and 1-2 different offers but I want compensation for rerolling.

this is only for EU, i contacted them on NA just to see if they do it and they told me that they are accepting the refund petitions as a compensation for the event not working, so they are not going to do it in other servers since everything worked as intended

on Black market they used to show how many items on a meter in the top corner and once it started you could actually see the amount counter work as they were being sold..
so why not use that method that works on the next event???

i never said it didn’t meet my expectations but if its broken or having issues like many have posted in forums or tickets then why did you put it into play?? This guy got his refund. i started reshuffling 5 minutes after it started for over 4 million credits to get the Astron Rex only to find that day it was already gone, how was i supposed to know it was gone? But also when i tried to access the event about 1 hour into it, it crashed and stayed up for a few and crashed alot more times. i kept on reshuffling and hoping. but i was running out of credits fast. Then it crashed again. Lowering my chances to getting it. So can i get a refund on credits for this or maybe part? I had spent credits on in game goods that wasn’t even there. and there was no info at the time saying it was not available.
Then they do well in belgium that all these situations are prohibited …….

Hello. During the caravan event I was unable to use it correctly for many hours. I ended up likely spending easily over 15 million credits trying to get the one thing I did not have. The new soviet tank that had likely been sold out to the lucky players that the event worked for. I have everything else in the game already and wanted only the tank from it but as I mentioned, the event didn’t work. Constant crashes and the dreaded comeback later error. Personally I felt scammed and taken advantage of. Being a loyal player for many years with a large sum of wealth spent into the game, I’m hoping you will help me with compensation.

To further add to my comment. The event didn’t even work for me for hours. I likely wasted much of my time and credits fighting with the server, refreshing over and over just trying to get it to work. After ages of this I eventually got a few shuffles and then it would break again. Doing this over and over, not knowing this was wasting my time and millions of credits due to the tank already being sold out during the time I was just trying to get the event to even work. It was very disappointing. I ended up having to sell equipment and consumables to try some more credits naïvely thinking the tank had not been sold out yet.
I understand it’s not your fault and you likely had a lot of rather angry people flocking to the support pages, which is unfair.

I’m sorry but you seem to have missed what I am saying. Please reread my messages in full.
TLDR: I would like compensation for wasting millions of credits on the caravan event due to it not working correctly. I wasted all my credits trying to get the new tank and it was sold out within the first few hours. However I was unable to get my event to work during that time like many others and I ended up missing out and wasted millions of credits trying to get the tank that was already gone.
I feel taken advantage of.
Please reread the messages that I have sent before. The event worked correctly the next day but that was Irrelevant as the tank I wanted was already gone And I ended up wasting probably 15 million credits.

I apologize that I couldn’t offer you better news and that this answer can’t meet your expectations, but I really hope you understand our limitations.

I sent a ticket to WG a few days ago with a similarly worded message regarding the lack of the Astron and the many, many rolls I attempted to try and get land it… got a reply this morning… suffice to say NA is not getting refunds:
