  3. Good change, we don’t need more tanks with cancer levels of gold penetration in Tier 8.

      1. Playing clan wars reward tanks I platoons all day is skill m8. Adjust away the +10% wins and and +1500 wn8 you get from that and you’re barely above not level yourself.

    2. Yes indeed, old school tier 8’s had those pen values and we still managed to make them work.
