My guess is that this will be reward for Frontline or Steelhunter; it’s not good enough to serve as a reward for Ranked Battles. Wargaming reserve the strongest Tier IX reward tanks for Ranked to make sure only the best players get them. It’s that ingenious principle again that worked so wonderfully well in Tier X.
