As you know, well-deserved rewards were given away based on player seniority in World of Tanks.
We did our best to make sure all rewards were given correctly. However, in some rare cases, due to complexities regarding a player’s account status during the early days of WOT after Beta, rewards might have been incorrectly provided.
Should your account have been credited with an incorrect reward, submit a ticket HERE.
We will review the accounts that submitted tickets, making amendments where necessary.
- To verify how old your account is, you can check your profile in our game portal.
- Some beta accounts may see an incorrect creation date on the portal. However, the forum profile will show the correct date.
- Rewards are given based on the seniority in WoT, meaning, if you created an account in 2016, but the first login to WoT happened in 2017, first login date will mark the countdown time. This date can be seen in the WoT profile on the page. However, some beta testers accounts may be exempt from this rule.
