Well, at least they noticed the shell velocity nerf to 113 and WZ-120 is dumb.
Also, IMHO they should buff 113 engine power and base pen as well, or reclass it as a medium tank (they did it with the T54E1, they can do it again).
Can someone please explain to me, how do they come up with those effective armor values? On tanks.gg if I replicate the angle of 121’s upper plate as shown in graphics, its hardly 220mm.
I mean sure, if I choose HEAT with worse normalisation, its give-or-take 235mm of effective armor.
But still… those numbers are questionable at best.
Its based on LOS thickness at a completely flat angle and no normalization. Realistically it never happens unless they’re getting shot with HEAT by a tank slightly lower than they are.
I think they just need to put an extra buff on the Gun handling for the turret traverse from 0.12 to 0.1 and I would be satisfied
I seriously miss the Type 58 in the list of to-be re-balanced Chinese tanks.
It’s 128mm penetration is far to out dated, goes for more tier 6 medium tanks who have that kind of low pen.
It ammunition pen should IMO be buffed to 140-145mm of pen, while keeping it’s signature 160 alpha damage that would make it unique among the T-34-85 clones on tier 6.
While i welcome the 34-2 buffs – love that little bugger, the 121 seems no different to me, given the horrid gundepression undercutting any performance you might get :3
It’s just stupid to me that they change the alpha on T-34-2, to 360 while it’s a 122mm gun. The alpha is what makes this line special, so it’s weird to decrease it and, also personally for me, the reason I picked this tank.
