Arrived at tier 6 now. My current impression:
Tier 2: Okay, but typical low tier stuff
Tier 3: Much fun, can be very seal clubby when played correctly
Tier 4: Garbage, garbage and more garbage
Tier 5: Nice gun, horrible platform (large, no armor)
Tier 6: Nothing special
All in all it doesn’t appear to have any genuine new spear point that other lines already have or do better. Meh.
