That was the default color scheme for USN ships during the Closed Beta, IIRC. For whatever reason, WG scrapped it and put the current slate grey color scheme in instead.
The MS22 camo scheme appeared on most USN ships in CBT stage. The dev removed it because unlike other camo patterns, this one actually worked. It’s extremely hard to get an aim on for example an Iowa showing broadside with this camo, especially in maps with bad lightning or during cyclone.
Would be great if the blue camo can be permanently applied to other USN ships. Indianapolis had this camo in 1945.

It was/is too good, it was really hard to see a ship IRL. Sometimes I miss the times when Iwaki was only colorful ship ;)
