As a result of further inquiry regarding the winners of the “Tank Aces” event, 71 players were banned due to violating the EULA. The winner lists were corrected.
T-44-100 (P)
Thorough investigations regarding this nomination category revealed foul play by three players who took the first three spots. As a result, all three were exluded from the winner lists and will be sanctioned.
The account of patriarh177 who initially took the first place will be banned permanently due to violating rule 2.1.2 of the game’s rules and conditions.
The accounts of _KpyTuk and B_U_JL_E_3 will be banned for 7 days due to violating rule 4.3.5 of the EULA and rule 1.19 of the game’s rules and conditions.
The players previously taking places 4, 5 and 6 now advanced to 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
Other nominations
Additional inquiries didn’t cover the T-44-100 (P) only. 42 players were identified, taking 55 places in the winner lists in the top 10’s in various vehicles, violating rule 4.3.5 of the EULA.
All of these players were excluded from the lists and stripped of their reward. Their accounts are banned for 7 days.
Special actions regarding organizers of staged battles
During inquiries, a number of players were identified, who organized staged battles and also grinding other player’s accounts, violating rules 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of the game’s rules and conditions, resulting in 28 accounts being permanently banned.
Further actions
The result of the above actions is the updated table of winners. Players who advanced to a more valuable prize category (e.g. from 4 to 3) will recieve the higher prize and have their medal replaced with the higher one.
Applications to the support will be considered. All players banned by mistake will recieve their reward according to their placement on the table of winners and additionally a compensation. The consideration of applications and awarding of in-game goods is a lengthy process, but we guarantee to follow through, consider everything and reward everyone properly.
