Halloween: No Specials for EU

Howdy readers, I’m just writing this to show how dissapointed I am with Wargaming for not doing anything for the EU community in order to celebrate this year’s Halloween.
Last year we had this:
Things are about to get really scary on the battlefields. Not only because of the fearsome metal warbeasts that roam the realm, but also because we’re celebrating Halloween! Also, remember that this weekend is the final link in the ongoing chain special, so if you’re still missing a mission token, make sure to complete the chain mission!
Tankers and tricksters, grab your candy and from Saturday 31 October at 06:10 until Tuesday 3 November at 06:00 CET (UTC +1) roll out for the following:

Weekend Challenge
Reward
  • 1 x Enhanced Gun Laying Drive
  • Mission Token
Requirements
  • Random and Team Battles only
  • Tier IV and above
  • Once per account
Conditions
  • Earn a total of 35,000 XP over any number of battles
  • Be in the top 10 players on your team by base experience earned (bonuses for the first victory, premium account, etc., will not be counted to determine the rankings)

Completed Chain Reward Mission
The mission, Challenge me! will be available from 31 October until 30 November to the players who either obtain their fourth token during this weekend, or who did not complete the reward mission the first time it was available to them.

  • 4 Weekend Challenge Mission Tokens acquired

 Trick or treat!
Even World of Warships has a new, cool mode with spooky ships.
So I am left wondering: Why didn’t WG have an event for us this year? Neither ASIA has any events happening today. Not even a nice special garage like in the past years, or at least some new premium shop offers… It just shows bad management. Does WG ever care for EU? Hope we’ll get something this Christmas though. :mrgreen:
