the 3rd pic makes me remember something I read 2 or 3 years ago about a mayor from a eastern european country who drove his tank over some cars, it seems it was because of a new measure they had to stop people from parking cars where they shouldn’t but I’m not sure
it would defenitly be strange if instead of having your car towed to the depot you found it completely smashed by having a tank run over it
