- Fixed incorrect display of “Nations” diagrams in player’s profile in the “Summary” tab

- Cruiser Mikhail Kutuzov changes:
- Firing range increased up to 15.91 km
- Added consumable “Smoke Screen I” with 1 charges. Its life time 89 seconds, working time 20 seconds, cooldown 240 seconds.
- Added consumable “Smoke Screen II” with 2 charges. Its life time 89 seconds, working time 20 seconds, cooldown 160 seconds
