Undercover Brother: EULA Change, Domination Rigging Players will get punished

I will just quote his words:

„Wargaming will modify its EULA soon with the following:

(a)    Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who Sponsor determines (in its sole discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with Sponsor’s website and/or any part of Events/Campaigns; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Events/Campaigns by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor’s Parties; and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Rules or the End User License Agreement and Premium Shop Rules of Sponsor(s) website(s).

The new EULA also mentions the renounce of the California Civil code 1542 for its users, freeing it from any legal actions herein and henceforth (for NA) and for EU, the same will apply depending on the region). and or any lawsuit involved from any cause possible.

This means Wargaming now can permanently disable any user that wants to think “outside the box” when doing contests (as scumbag cheaters call it) anyone rigging or suspected of such can face a complete ban without parole and even legal action should it be required, and something important to notice:

this also extends to mods

let the hunger games begin!

ill grab my lawyer and a popcorn :)”
