Get your Tanks & Items back! – New support policy (NA)

Hello Tankers,

Good news! Our support team is now allowing 4 exceptions a year, instead of 1 exception per account.

What this means is that you, the Player, can contact our Customer Support department to potentially have an in-game action reversed, or a previously sold vehicle restored.

Some examples of things that CAN be rolled back –

– Accidental Gold to Credit conversions

– Tank Restorations (You can request multiple vehicles per Exception)

– Accidental Ammunition purchases using Gold

– Reversing accidental garage slot purchases.
