The preliminary design was intended to improve firepower and armor protection while increasing maximum and average speeds. The tank’s weight was not to exceed 55 tons.

WoT RU: “Coutelas” In-Game Screenshots & Historical Reference

Historical Reference:
Work on the Coutelas tank destroyer project was started by Hotchkiss around the mid-1950s. The vehicle was designed to meet specific customer requirements: combat weight lower than even noticeably heavier medium-class vehicles, horizontal aiming angles increased up to 60 degrees, a stereoscopic rangefinder, and an anti-aircraft turret.
