With the release of Update 12.10, we plan to make changes to some of the commander skills for battleships, cruisers and destroyers. We have gathered both the statistical data and player feedback over time and reworked some of the outdated, unpopular or underperforming skills to make them more useful in battles.

Consumables Specialist (Battleships, Cruisers, Destroyers – Line 1)

Removed the following effects:

• Fighter consumable cooldown time: -10%
• Spotting Aircraft consumable cooldown time: -10%
• Defensive AA consumable cooldown time: -10%
• Main Battery Reload consumable cooldown time: -10%
• Torpedo Reload Booster consumable cooldown time: -10%

Based on the testing results, we are applying changes to Yumihari, Adatara, Tsurugi, and Picardie.

Japanese battleship Yumihari, Tier VIII 

• Main battery 180 degrees turn time increased: 35 to 45s.
• Changed characteristics of the Spotting Aircraft with high-precision optics:
  • Bonus to maximum main battery shell dispersion decreased: -20% to -10%.
  • Consumable action time decreased: 65 to 55s.

Based on the testing results, we’re applying changes to Navarin, Komissar, and U-4501.

Soviet battleship Navarin, Tier IX

• Main battery reload time increased: 33 to 35s.
• Secondary guns firing range increased: 7 to 7.5km.
• Reload time of all secondary guns is now set to 5s.
