The Soviet Central Artillery Design Bureau was working in several areas simultaneously, one of which was an initiative of A. S. Chasovnikov to reequip foreign vehicles. A number of reequipment options were proposed for the American M4A2, including repurposing it as an SPG. The project was considered in February 1944 but was not adopted, primarily because there was no requirement for modernization.

A tank destroyer based on the Type 97 Chi-Ha, built by the Mitsubishi company. Around 60 units were produced up to 1945, making the vehicle one of the most mass-produced Japanese tank destroyers of World War II.

This tank project had two key features—a new fighting compartment configuration and a dual-loop caterpillar propulsion system, which, according to the developers, could boost firepower and mobility. A divider split the fighting compartment into separate crew and gun compartments.

Historical Reference:

A heavy tank project adapted for use with individual watercraft. Developed in the second half of the 1950s on the initiative of VNII-100. After detailed development, it received the index Object 265 and was submitted for approval to the Commander of the Armed Forces and Mechanized Forces of the Soviet Army.

Historical Reference:

Towards the end of the 1950s, the projects of German designers interested the Italian military. Ideas began to appear for a 30-ton tank similar to the Standardpanzer that was being developed in Germany. A 6-roller chassis was chosen for Prototipo 6.

WoT 1.27 Common Test: ERAC 105 Proto In-Game Screenshots & Historical Reference

ERAC 105 Proto (France, Tier-9, LT, premium)

Historical Reference:

An armored amphibious reconnaissance vehicle (from the French Engin de Reconnaissance Amphibie de Combat) project from the early 1960s. The working prototype was built in 1963. The vehicle had a small weight with significant firepower and could overcome water obstacles.
