WoWS: Changes to Test Ships — 0.11.5 Closed Testing

Based on testing results, we’re applying changes to Clausewitz, Huron, Rooke, Hawke, Duncan, Rio de Janeiro, and Hampshire.

  Clausewitz

  • Maximum HE shell damage increased: 2,400 to 2,950.
  • Chance to start a fire with an HE shell increased: 14% to 15%.

VII Collingwood

  • Forward and aft armor increased: 16 to 26 mm.
  • Action time of the Main Battery Reload Booster consumable increased: 20 to 25 s.
  • Main battery reload time increased: 25 to 26 s.

VII Huron

  • Maximum HE shell damage reduced: 1,900 to 1,600.
  • Main battery reload time reduced: 4.5 to 4.2 s.

VII Rooke, VIII Hawke, and IX Duncan

  • Main battery reload time increased: 30 to 31 s.

V Rio de Janeiro

  • Main battery reload time increased: 30 to 31 s.

VIII Hampshire

  • Main battery reload time increased: 10 to 10.5 s.
  • Maximum AP shell damage reduced: 4,500 to 4,350.

WoWS: Ship Restrictions for the ongoing Clan Battles Cayman Season

See what restrictions we’re applying to the current 17th Clan Battles Season.

Based on analysis of battle statistics as well as player feedback from the current Clan Battles season, we decided to make some changes to the ship limits in place.

The following changes will take effect on June 29:

  • Removed the ban on X Petropavlovsk and X Kléber
    • However, teams can have no more than one X Petropavlovsk and no more than two X Kléber per battle
  • New restrictions: teams can no longer have more than one   Condé and one X Napoli per battle

WoT ASIA Annniversary – Wrong Mail Rewards

Haven’t seen this covered anywhere yet, I’m from the ASIA server, The rewards on the email itself is a flat out lie, I only got 3d of premium, the decal and a 30% off coupon for a limited selection of premium shop tanks (only tech tree prems). 

Thankfully, they did send a secondary corrected email with the correct rewards afterwards:

— There is a fine line between a punishment and a challenge. My comrades in arms don’t understand; they even joke about it. But as for my crew, we’re glad we were given this vehicle. The rest of the unit has already switched to the 88, meaning our tank is the very last of its kind. And it’s completely operational, in full working order. It’s not ready to be locked up in a museum. Maneuvers are starting soon, so the higher-ups are coming to inspect materiel. This is our chance to show them what our ‘old man’ is made of. All these shiny new tanks might have tons of electronics and autonomous systems, but those could break at any moment. Us? We have nothing but pure mechanics and skill. We’ve been through so much with it, there’s no way we can’t handle some scheduled maneuvers. The ‘old man’ will outlive all these fancy new toys, believe you me. No microchip can replace a soul. And our tank has one, I’m sure of it. Just gotta change the air filters so they’re up to standard: the ventilation system isn’t its strongest suit.
