You can see turret. Its using Char Murat Turret very clearly. So either going be called “CHAR THE TANK” or “AMX THE TANK”

The machine gun is on the left side of the turret on the AMX-40 but on the “Benedicts gift tank” is on the right side of the main gun. Also, AMX-40 is way too modern for a Tier IX tank as it had compiste armor, APFDS rounds… Maybe the AMX-32 Prototype, but thats also too good for a Tier IX free premium tank lol.
Looks a lot like an AMX-32 like in warthunder, but with the giant commander hatch moved or shrunk
