Funny thing is, the reason why WG reduced the RNG to +-12% and reduced the dispersion with -0.15 for all tanks and significantly reduced the chances of ammo racks and fires – because WoT is by itself too random for an eSports game. Also, the reduction to the proxy-spotting distance by a half and the spotting time to 4s is to make it so that more tactical decisions are made faster.
In essense, Onslaught is that version of WoT, which is closer to adequate eSports gameplay.
