New random events
Dynamic random events are being added to three more maps: Arctic Region, Highway, and Lost City. Each includes exciting scenarios that reshape the battlefield, open new tactical opportunities, and make every battle unforgettable.
Interface improvements
The Hangar interface has become smoother and more intuitive. Based on your feedback, we have partially improved the Hangar to make navigation faster and more comfortable.
Crew members and all trained skills are now displayed more clearly. A “Battle!” button has appeared on the post-battle results screen so you can immediately start the next fight. New hotkeys allow you to quickly open key menus such as “Crew” and “Exterior”.
New Year Calendar 2025
Dates: 1 December 04:00 to 12 January 06:00 (UTC+3).
The holidays are near, which means the “Holiday Ops” event, the biggest annual celebration in World of Tanks, is about to begin. Ready to receive special gifts and piles of festive rewards? As before, each day from 1 to 31 December you can collect a gift in the New Year Calendar. Do not skip any surprises, and you are sure to get something useful.
Well-Deserved Reward 2025
Dates: starting 3 December.
Do not miss this, Commanders. The Well-Deserved Reward for 2024 will disappear on 2 December. Do not forget to claim it and spend your tokens while you still have time. You can collect the reward in-game in the Notification Center, and exchange your tokens in the “Well-Deserved Reward” section of the in-game Store.
Starting 3 December, the Well-Deserved Reward 2025 will become available with new gifts and a special surprise. Details coming soon. Do not miss it.
Sound physics improvements
Sound effects have been improved on most Random Battle maps. Thanks to the new sound physics system, the game now feels even more realistic. Gunfire, engine roars, and track clatter change depending on nearby objects.
The difference is noticeable immediately: sounds are muffled by obstacles, bend around corners, and reflect off surfaces. The sound environment has become more varied and natural, allowing players to better orient themselves in battle.
Holiday Ops 2026

Still cant see campaign missions on the side bar -_- but can see those stupid daily and weekly missions that no one cares about

dont worry, for WG instead of getting 0 from me will get the full bundle. It is an amazing game and 2.0 actually made tier X interesting to grind, plus ttier 11 is fun.

Finished manevours with 21k fp and what now? To wait onslought? Why are battles in turbo mode, maps pure coridors? So much about crybabyes….
maps are as they have always beeen from the beginning. less corridor maps were hard or impossible to balance fairly for WG.
Turbo mode came through liitelral turbo equip. But WG cant change that back. Excpet if they actually redued all Tanks H.P. 😀
The wuick losses/wins are sadly not due to M, but due to players.
The game evolved since 2011 but atits core remained the same.
To answer your question- yes, if the quick battles trouble you so mch either take a sloooow tank and do what you like, or take an agile one and use it well – but if all that is frustrating, its probably really better to wait for the next CW event or ranked mode 🙂
