The Zmije is a Tier IX Czechoslovak tank destroyer. It has a fully rotating turret, a top forward speed of 50 km/h and a specific power of 18 h.p./t, plus 10° of gun depression. Because of all this, the Zmije can play as a sniper TD, a support medium tank, or anything in between.
The one-time damage is 570 HP, and penetration values are good (310 mm for the special HEAT shell and 250 mm for the standard APCR shell, which flies at 1,350 m/s). Note that the Zmije has next to no armor, its best protection is its good mobility and decent camo values (and above all, its operator’s situational awareness).

We could have had a Czech tank destroyer tech tree line at this point. The ShPTK-TVP 100 at tier VIII, the Zmije at tier IX, and the DBV-152 at tier X.
+ SZDV on tier VIII, heck, there is even whole TD branch proposal on the internets.
