Summary:
Nothing particularly new here. As seen, vehicle drop chances are roughly equal, with slightly lower rates for Tier IX machines. Also, everything depends on whether you already own the older tanks in your garage.
250k free xp is almost a tier 11 though, thats neat.

From all lootboxes so far, the value in them has been great if you buy the big bundle.
IF you are looking for one specific tank, and that only, and dont care for any of the other stuff in the box – then it is a horrible way to spend your money! You have to be crazy.
But … if you are looking for value for your money, then the boxes actually provide a good way to get the things. Yes you do not exactly control what you get, but every single item you get is useful.
Manuals now especially when you will need dozen new crews.
Just don’t think of “per box” but calculate the whole value you got for you money spent.
And don’t go “hunting” for 1 specific tank.

IRL you get the lowest rewards possible every single box 49 times then a random Premium for the 50th box.
The algorythm does’t give rewards unless it wants to or is forced to.
The %chance is a meaningless value, the boxes will give you nothing to keep you buying more boxes 🙂

That happened to me with the xmas lootboxes about 5 years ago and I haven’t touched them since.
Bear in mind that Wargaming knows every single thing you have done in their game from the moment you logged in on day one
