It will no longer be possible to use blueprints to research Tier 11. This means you will need to earn experience on each of the current top vehicles in the branch yourself. Details were provided here: link.
Additionally, the tech tree no longer has a button to switch to blueprint mode. You can no longer see how many blueprints you have received or spent on each vehicle.
Overall, this decision makes sense: the developers want players to actively play. You can still unlock Tier 11 using free experience if you prefer.

As a f2p i easily loaded few magazines of apcrs and loaded them when I needed. While wot has lot of issues, in your case it skill issue, impulse spending issue and alongside that you have smol pp.

The DBV, like all other “Assembly Hall” tanks, will be available at its next sale for the same resources that were available for the first Assembly Hall: credits, blueprints, free XP, bonds, and yes, even for gold.

Ha, I have one up on the devs… instead of sucking their little ‘d’ by earning more xp (since they locked us out of using our stacks of blueprints) I’ll just not bother with the aids update at all… I earned those blueprints, Wargaming doesn’t want to let me use them, f them.
