WOT Express: Onslaught Light in Update 2.0

With the release of Update 2.0, “Onslaught Light” will become available — a special variant of our competitive mode with simplified rules. This separate launch is not connected to the upcoming Onslaught seasons; its goal is fun and casual gameplay.

Key Features:

  1. Tier VIII battles: all matches will feature Tier VIII vehicles without restrictions — all techtree and premium vehicles are allowed, with a few exceptions. Since Onslaught Light is an experimental mode, some vehicles do not fit this format due to their battlefield roles. In addition, certain tanks could show excessively high effectiveness under special Tier VIII Onslaught conditions, heavily impacting battle outcomes. Considering this, such vehicles have been excluded.

  2. No ranking system: you will not gain or lose rating points in battles — play for fun without worrying about rank! Matchmaking follows the regular Onslaught rules.

  3. Special progression system: earn points and claim rewards (unique customization items, bonds, personal reserves, etc.) for your progress.

All other rules of Onslaught Light remain the same as in regular seasons but are adjusted specifically for Tier VIII vehicles.
