U-18 (USSR, TD-7)
On April 15, 1942, the Main Artillery Directorate of the Red Army approved the requirements for a heavy self-propelled gun, which was to become a “bunker destroyer.”
The U-18 SPG project based on the KV-1 tank was developed in September of the same year at the Ural Heavy Machinery Plant under the supervision of L. I. Gorlitsky. The designers planned to install an armored casemate with an ML-20 howitzer on the KV-1 hull, but the project did not progress beyond the design stage.

Let me guess: Soviet TDs with the Polish range/alpha mechanic! I’d rather see a new Soviet TD line akin to the SU-130PM. Not that it greatly matters at this late date.
Are you looking and not seeing? It’s literally our old SU-152 with a KV-1 chassis and superstructure.
