1. Damage Marker UI Improvements
• The overall goal of the damage indicator system is to help you understand where the damage came from (or was received from) and how powerful the hit was.
• We’ve made several improvements to the damage marker UI — it has been refactored and renamed to “damage dealt” and “damage received” to avoid confusion.
• Additionally, the UI element will now display the direction the damage came from.
2. Maps
• “Eden” received general polish and visual improvements. The Plant & Defuse mode has also been added to Eden.
• “Moonshot” received similar updates, including the addition of the Plant & Defuse mode.
3. Aiming Stabilizer & Dynamic Camera
• Aiming Stabilizer: It is now deactivated until an enable/disable toggle is implemented. By default, it will remain off but can be activated in the settings.
• Dynamic Camera: Its effect has been significantly reduced to prevent motion sickness/simulation discomfort. The acceleration trigger threshold was also increased to prevent effects from playing too frequently.
4. Sound Effects
• The gun sound for the XM1 90 has been changed.
• Fixed a bug affecting hangar sounds and voiceovers.
5. Gamepad
Gamepad Updates:
• Default control layouts have been revised.
• Added combined button bindings.
• Zoom in/out now assigned to pressing D-Pad up/down (instead of cycling zoom levels).
• Handbrake command now assigned to the right bumper.
• Turret lock added with left stick + right bumper combination.
• Customizable dead zones for sticks and triggers.
