Sp basically spend 2400 parts to upgrade this to T3 to get that sweet 5% aiming speed. Because the aiming device already gets -7% in the right slot. If this was a mix of aiming circle size with 5% dispersion, it would be really worth considering over the Exp. Mobility Improvement System.
I guess it would be nice on a slow-aiming TD, like a FV4005. Correct?
