Selective Fire Modes Mechanic
The VIIIFV226 Contradictious introduces the innovative twin-gun, allowing players to switch seamlessly between two firing modes for tactical flexibility.
- Single Fire mode fires and reloads each barrel alternately, ensuring consistent accuracy, stabilization, and aiming speed—perfect for sustained damage and steady play.
- Salvo Fire mode is the best choice for close-range combat and brawls. It fires both barrels in a powerful double-shot burst, causing twice the damage. However, the extra power comes at a cost. While it boosts gun stabilization and damage output, your vehicle’s mobility, accuracy, turret traverse speed, and aiming time are temporarily reduced.
Switching between modes is quick and does not disrupt your current reload, letting you adapt instantly to the battlefield conditions. However, you can only shoot when both barrels are loaded, doubling the reload time after a shot in Salvo Fire mode. Even switching to Single Fire mode after a double shot requires both barrels to be loaded before you can take your next shot.
