Historical Reference:

After 1946, work on traditional self-propelled artillery (SPG) in the United States officially ceased. By the mid-1950s, a new concept emerged involving a turret-mounted gun with a limited firing arc, enhancing firing maneuverability while retaining the advantages of classic SPGs. Within this framework, the “tank” XM-57 was developed, featuring an unmanned turret located at the front and a fully armored crew compartment at the rear. The gun was entirely automated for loading, and aiming was achieved using a camera in the turret, with an additional rotating periscope sight on the compartment roof synchronized with the turret. Despite its advantages, this combat vehicle remained a conceptual project.

    1. This is on RU server, so we are not getting this. Our XM-57 from the X-Mas boxes has -7, so it’s a normal depression
