Some of you have encountered an issue where the tank exchange won’t go through if your barracks are full and there’s no available space to send the crew.
We’re actively working on a technical solution for this, but in the meantime, we’ve identified a temporary workaround. Before initiating the exchange, if you manually send your crew to Barracks from the tank you’re trading in, the process should work smoothly.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this.

Maybe wargaming should stop filling up the barracks with crews . I dont buy any new tanks and dont add any new crews. Yet my barracks and bunks keep filling up. I asked wargaming of a log of how my barracks keeps filling up . They say they have that info but will not give it out . Hmmm . I wonder why . I bought 16 bunks on sale and in less then a month they filled up . Again i asked wargaming how they did i didnt buy anything or get new crews again they refuse to explain it . Shady as usual for wargaming .
You can get mods to dismiss all 100% crew that don’t have any perks. You’re probably getting crews from all the tanks that we get for events, sometimes those crews get dumped in barracks, like all the onslaught 7vs7 tanks and so on.

Nope. I was keeping track and funny enough when I asked wargaming they refused to give me the crew log. See I was buying 16 slots on the regular and keeping track of my barracks . I once bought 32 slots and the next day I was down to 0 again . Again I asked for a log and was refused and they refused to resolve it . After buying 160 slots and I gave up Im down over 150 now. I also kept clearing crew and wasn’t gaining spots . I removed 50 should have given me 10 slots with the 5 they give you not shown taken into account and yet when I processed it I was still down 35 slots . If people actually paid attention wargaming wouldn’t get away with half of what they do . For example the missing ammo cost me 20 million to refill it all . And I got 2.8 million for all that ammo . One of the events I earned a tank and 3 3d styles the motorcycle event . They refused to give me all but one camo this happened to 1000s of players . They just flat out refused to fix the claim process. This is also happening with the new missions for 2.0 . I did one mission and they refused to fix it or give me the mission claim and reward . It said do 1000 blind damage and I did and they said just keep trying . lol what I completed it . Next the one Halloween event . I was grinding keys in the last stand mode to get the British heavy for free . It would take me around 200 games. With a week left to complete the event they cut the keys per game from 18 to 0 most games. So now it would take me 600 games or more . They lied and said they didn’t but I had screenshots . Then they refused to reply to the ticket after that . I have tons of examples like this . They are scam artists.
Yup I sent tickets to wargaming over this . I asked for a log of when crews were added they refused to give it to me . Saying we don’t provide such information to you . Such a scam . I was clearing my barracks on the regular and noticed the same thing.
