How are things going with WOT 2.0? Is everything bad?
At the moment, the development of the WOT 2.0 update is slightly behind schedule. According to the current month’s information (!!!), the release is planned for the second half of 2025.
Can the update be delayed? Yes, especially if something major happens globally (see 2020, 2022). But for now, the date is set for Q3-Q4 2025.
Can you provide a list of features that will be in 2.0?
— This is a very difficult question.
When we first learned about WOT 2.0 (in 2023), there was a set of features that were supposed to be included in 2.0. Now, almost 50% of that list does not match the current one. Many things change almost weekly, some things are cut, some are canceled, there are many internal delays, etc.
Moreover, in May 2024, the list of tanks and branches that will be released in 2025 (including in version 2.0) was significantly revised. These changes altered about 20% of the features planned for 2.0.
We are told about multiple changes within the features. Therefore, even if we provide a list of features now, unfortunately, it may change significantly by the 2025 release.
WG themselves want to include a lot in 2.0, but people and their resources are limited. And new games need to be developed as well…

With all these funny leaks, that are basically just rambling, WoT Express is getting ridiculous. They have 4 types of posts:
– completely fake news;
– “this may happen, but it may also not happen” kinda posts;
– posts that are obvious for everyone (such as the summer time activities “leak” – preparation for Czech LTs, new seasons of SH, FL, Assembly shop);
– very few actually informative – of all recent ones, I can only think about ST-62 v2 being a new CW reward (which is yet to be confirmed) and Crusher coming as a WT E100 lootboxes reward. Not counting screenshots and stats of Supertest tanks.
So they have told us actually nothing then.
It’s pretty cheap for one blog to copy and paste another blogs fake articles….
Better off not even to post anything.
How are you going to see those shitty AI articles on the site if there are no game news?
