The Type 1 Ho-Ni II’s mobility is adequate for the available maps, with a top speed of 38 km/h and a reverse speed of 15 km/h.
Its rotation speed enables it to effectively counter light and medium tanks. Due to its low survivability, it should be kept at a distance from enemies or always have allies nearby for support.
So tell me again why this wasn’t part of the techtree.

And WG in their infinite wisdom pretty much killed self-propelled guns as a subgroup with the nerfs to high-explosive ammo mechanics.
