WOT Express: Upcoming Summer/Fall Events in WoT 2024

Many of you are wondering why nothing is happening right now. Moreover, the developers have stopped showing roadmaps. It’s all because July is vacation time not only for players but also for developers. As a result, online activity drops, and in-game activities decrease.

But all this is only until August. Starting in August, we expect:

  • WG’s Birthday.
  • WOT’s Birthday.
  • General Test 1.26 with a sub-branch of Czechoslovakian Light Tanks.

  • A new event on the Global Map.
  • Release of Patch 1.26.
  • 15th Season of the Battle Pass. (Details coming soon)
  • Updated mode with Waffenträger and boxes.
  • Onslaught, Manticore Season. (Details and changes coming soon)
  • A new Halloween story. (Details coming soon)

We expect these events in the next 2-3 months. And then, the New Year 2025 is just around the corner.

  1. Players don’t get a vacation from the game. They have to grind the BP to get the tanks and their inflated prices. It also must be nice to work at a company and not have to get work done because its a “vacation ” month

    1. No they don’t. I know I won’t. Had less than 10 battles in the last 30 days. You don’t have to have everything. Focus on things you’re really interested in and even then you can judge wether it’s worth the time or not.

This is a game, not life itself.

    2. I mean, nobody is forcing the players to grind BP? Don’t forget that playing World of Tanks is a hobby/ form of entertainment and not a job. If you feel like you are not enjoying spending your time in the game, please consider taking a break for a couple of days/ weeks.

And I suppose that there is always the option to buy the battle pass skips, which in my opinion are way too expensive, but if you want all the rewards but don’t want to play… it is an option

      1. You could as well.

Next time think before typing dumb nonsense, the internet doesn’t need your bitterness. 🙂
