Only 80,000 of these exclusive vehicles will be assembled, and the initial 40,000 will wear the top-notch “Ultimate Configuration” 3D style with a unique number. The Assembly Shop: How It Works

  • Invest various game resources—blueprint fragments, Free XP, credits, gold, and bonds—to build the brand-new Vickers MBT Mk. 3. How much of each resource you invest is up to you.
  • Just 80,000 Vickers MBT Mk. 3s will be available for assembly. On top of a fine vehicle, the first 40,000 players will get the magnificent “Ultimate Configuration” 3D style with an individual number. The numbers will be assigned to tanks sequentially, from smallest to largest.
  • Once all 40,000 numbered styles and accompanying vehicles have been claimed, another 40,000 tanks will still be available. They will come in their standard configuration—without the 3D style and individual style number—and will be up for assembly until the end of the event or until they run out.

Combine and Invest Resources in Different Ratios

Remember that you can invest various resources to craft your Vickers MBT Mk. 3. There are plenty of combinations to make the progress bar reach 100%. It all depends on what you have at your disposal.

Blueprint fragments can be used to fill up to 36% of the total vehicle assembly bar:
22% with national fragments and 14% with universal fragments.

        i thought they are going to reduce the amount avaliable, since there are fewer players, and iirc, last assembly shop almost didnt even sell out, only very late

  8. So, its 3D is not as good as I expected. It’s still a clean 3D style, just not that special.

    The tank itself is a variant of the Leopard 1 that does better at brawling but worse at sniping. But as a paper tank, you won’t brawl with it very often.
    So again, in WoT, DPM doesn’t mean much while alpha rules.
    Also, HEAT for a sniper is not ideal as you will have quite a lot of side angles and you’ll be shooting through tracks a lot, making APCR a better type of ammo in this particular case.

    There’s no doubt that this tank’s potential is among the highest of all MTs, but in the same time, it’s even harder to make proper use compared to the Leopard 1.
    It doesn’t have the top speed to rush for positions.
    It doesn’t have either high alpha or a clip for trading or quick kills.
    It doesn’t have the ideal type of ammo for sniping aka gold APCR.
    The aim time when you need to turn the turret is actually quite long. It’s just not as snappy as the Leo1 because the faster turn speed combined with worse dispersion when turning the turret, resulting in a much bigger bloom, plus its slower aim speed makes it even worse for this tank.
    It has a cupola and 25mm forehead, rendering you unable to do some cheeky ridgeline cupola sniping like what you can do with the Leo1.

    Only if its 3D style is as good as I expected, but with what they’re presenting, my resources are saved.

  9. On one hand this tank is an amazing collector’s item – there’s 200+ Vickers MBT Mk3 serving in the armies of Kenya and Nigeria to this day, it is a Tier 10 that is not a prototype/mockup/blueprint/drug-incuded fantasy. It is also balanced, a rarity for 2024 WoT.

    On the other hand it takes 55k gold or its equivalent in game resources to obtain it, meaning it’s exclusive to whales and long time hoarders. At this point I expect WG to do the same thing with Chieftain Mk6.
