I have the same “problem”. I asked the Wargaming Support. Let’s see what they say.
Btw: If you redeem the code now, the 7 days will only start when you login to the WoT client, e.g. tomorrow. Just checked on my second account where I redeemed it yesterday.
Claim period: until November 17, 2020, at 06:00 CET (UTC+1)
You have 14 days to activate it but then it starts as soon as you log in – However I don’t know if there is a Cap on numbers

you weren’t supposed to get 3x stimulant….you get those for daily login
