That is because it sounds like a type of German accent from someone who hasn’t spoken English for too long so their accent comes off sounding quite heavy.
Cut the guy some slack I mean if it bothers you so much its not like this Yugo sherman hasn’t been covered by other content creators and various websites before. Even tank encyclopedia has a page about it.
