Because 3D styles already play an integral role in the game and are as desirable as new tanks. Of course, their number is small, because the production of the model also takes a lot of time (slightly less than the implementation of the tank, which = slightly less than 6 months).

Post-game Congratulatory Windows may not appear as expected. However, please rest assured that rewards and event progression are not affected and you can see all your awards in the notification centre.
Accessing detailed Onslaught statistics in the Service Record section (or accessed via “About” in the Onslaught tab) may not work as intended.
