WoT RU: More Favourable Battles for Newly Unlocked Vehicles
The number of preferential matchmaking battles will increase when a player enters battle with a newly unlocked vehicle
Previously:
First battles placed the player into single-tier or top of ±2 tier battles
Stopped working if the player/platoon waited more than 60 seconds
• Tiers I–III – 1 battle
• Tiers IV–VI – 2 battles
• Tiers VII–X – 3 battles

WoT RU: Preferential Matchmaking Changes in Update 1.38
Previously, the main advantage of preferential matchmaking vehicles was that they did not enter battles against vehicles two tiers higher. They could face enemies one tier higher or two tiers lower.
With the release of Update 1.38, the conditions become even more favorable:
• Vehicles from the preferential matchmaking list will now only be matched against vehicles of the same tier or lower.
