WoT: Regional Differences in Raumfalte Loot Box Contents

The key differences become most noticeable when comparing to the Chinese region.

The most significant difference is the presence of rare and overpowered vehicles in the Proto Spheres (Level 1) right from the start:
• 🇨🇳 BZ-176
• 🇲🇫 Panhard EBR 75 (FL 10)
• 🇬🇧 Charlemagne

These vehicles have not appeared for the first time in sales. In the CN region, they were already available in last year’s multi-tier (rare) loot boxes. Consider the fact that these tanks are not particularly rare in CN, especially when compared to EU/NA regions.

WoT: Minor Update – May 15, 2025 (Version 1.28.1_4)

On May 15, scheduled maintenance will be carried out on the World of Tanks servers in preparation for the release of a minor update — version 1.28.1_4.

Changelog:
• Added resources for the in-game event “Last Stand: Operation Pandora.”
• Finalized the stats for the following vehicles: 🇫🇷 VCS 6×6 TS 90, 🇩🇪 Kpz. 3 GST Turm, 🇫🇷 Vercingétorix.
• Fixed various technical issues.

Answer: In 90% of cases, you’ll need no more than 679 boxes. In the remaining 10%, it could be significantly fewer or significantly more.

General Commentary:

Yesterday, English-speaking players (aka “Johns”) were shocked by the new multi-tier loot boxes, but we’ve actually seen them before. In fact, they were tested in the Chinese region back in August 2024 — and we already talked and wrote about this. So their surprise is rather puzzling.
