That’s a good question! The biggest problem was definitely the poor coordination between the allies – there was simply no unified command structure, and their plans were scattered all over the place. This led to a lot of confusion during the battle. Meanwhile, the Japanese took advantage of this by conducting tight, well-planned operations. They knew how to break up the Allied forces and fight on their own terms, and this gave them a great advantage.
