Historical Reference:

In the mid-1960s, inspired by the Swedish Strv S, the Bundeswehr decided to build its own equivalent based on German developments. In 1966, KraussMaffei and Rheinmetall were offered a competition to design a turretless tank with a gun hard-mounted to the hull.

WoT Supertest: Vz. 62 Jasan In-Game Screenshots & Historical Reference

Vz. 62 Jasan (Czechoslovakia, Tier-9, MT, premium, mechanics: 4-round drum) also entered the WoT supertest on March 20.

Historical Reference:

In the late 1950s, the Czechoslovak military was considering a departure from the use of Soviet tanks. As such, the Military Technical Institute (VTU) developed a project for a high-speed medium tank that could rival the T-54B and T-55.
