Variant of the American M4A4 Sherman tank with a 30-cylinder Chrysler A57 Multibank engine that, according to British statistical reports, demonstrated high reliability. The vehicle was developed in early 1944. The main differences included the installation of a more powerful 17-pounder gun, relocation of the radio, increased ammunition storage, and removal of the bow machine gun and assistant driver’s position.

The crew of this tank consists of experienced students from Sanders School. Their team traditionally represents American culture, which is why they fight in American-made vehicles painted in a dark olive base color. This Sherman is decorated with the school emblem—a pointed shield featuring a blue five-pointed star with a yellow lightning bolt inside, along with a red banner displaying the school’s name.
